Growth-U is a personal development company designed to help upgrade your human success operating system -- your HSOS. With our powerful online programs, community, and events, we provide step-by-step support and accountability to help you become the person you need to be to master the success you want to have. Growth-U was created by Rod Hairston, an international bestselling author and a global authority in human potential, leadership, and organizational culture, along with his team of researchers and experts in psychology, human behavior, and transformational behavior change. This team provides more than 70 combined years of expertise in the fields of social psychology, organizational behavior, influence, and personal development. They have impacted more than a million lives worldwide.

Daily driven programs can be started at any time you choose. Modular programs have specific start dates, and include a weekly live advisor team experience.

You need access to the internet through a smartphone, tablet, or computer for the consecutive number of days of your program. You need a valid email account that you can access. You'll be asked to confirm your email address when creating an account for the first time.

The biggest incentive to completing any Growth-U program is what you gain personally through the process. You will develop and reinforce positive habits and gain an awareness of the beliefs, habits, and patterns that are currently preventing you from making the most of the opportunities in your life. You will design the specific new beliefs, habits, and patterns that lead to maximizing your potential. You will learn simple and effective tools to help you harness the power of your internal world as you make your mark on the world around you, and you will learn communication and influence tools, and the psychology behind those tools, to uplevel your life.

Successful completion of a program means you've accomplished two aspects required for building new habits: commitment and consistency. First, you've completed your daily or weekly program content at least 80% on-time or better starting from the day the program begins to the day it ends (the extended access and grace period does not count for this). Second, you've completed 100% of the program content.
For events, successful completion means that you attended and participated in the entire event.
Successful completion makes you eligible for nomination to our Mastery Level programs and Growth Leader Certification. Please submit a support ticket or schedule a Growth Planning Session to learn more.

For daily driven programs, you will spend an average of fifteen to thirty minutes watching short coaching videos and completing tasks that guide you to focus on, write about, and take action toward your goals.

For weekly module-based programs, you may spend on average 45-60 minutes per week watching short coaching videos and completing tasks that guide you to focus on, write about, and take action toward your goals. You may find that you want to spend more time on the material, which is great.

You can start another Growth-U program at any time. We recommend waiting to start a new program until after your current program ends.

Yes, you can. However, we recommend that you choose one program and complete it before starting another one. Our philosophy is "inch by inch, everything's a cinch". We want you to be set up for success by using the power of commitment and focus on creating the habits that will take you consistently further. Each of our programs is designed to do exactly that.

There are certain exceptions to this one-at-a-time recommendation. If you are nominated and accepted into our Growth Mastery or Growth Leader Certification program, it may make sense for you to participate in more than one program at a time. These two programs are designed around a flexible timeline so you can make adjustments as needed. Reach out via support ticket to receive help in deciding your best program choice and path.

Yes, you can! Our programs are designed to meet you wherever you are in your growth journey to support you in reaching your next level growth goals. Because the psychology of human behavior and growth is a core driver in the development of our programs, many members find new insights, revelations, and continued growth as they take programs multiple times.

Growth-U's programs are designed for individual participation. Please do not share your login with others. Your account is private and secure, and your program entries are designed for your own personal growth journey.

There are two ways:
1. Go to your Email Preferences by going inside the Program, clicking on -> My Program -> Preferences -> Subscribe to Email (Select Yes or Turn Off for No).

2. Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email to turn them on or off or change the email they are being sent to.

It looks like this: "Receiving too many emails? You can remain a member of the community and continue to participate online, but UNSUBSCRIBE from this program's mailing list."

You can unsubscribe by going into your newsletter email, scrolling to the bottom and click on "Manage Preferences". That will open up a window that allows you to choose whichever emails you don't want to receive, including a button that says "unsubscribe me from all mailing lists". After you make your choice, then click the green button which says, " Update Email Preferences".

Please send in a support ticket giving instructions as to what emails you would like to be unsubscribed from, and our support team will be happy to assist.

Growth points are so much fun to watch grow! Below are all the ways you can earn Growth Points in our system and the number you receive. The first four are associated with our Daily Growth program. It's free and you can select the option to receive a daily email reminder for the day's assignment. You can disable this feature at any time.

There currently is no app. The website is designed to work efficiently on all smartphones and tablets.

Program Purchases

Go to www.growth-u.com and click on "Growth Programs" and a drop-down menu will appear. Choose the program you want, then click the "Register Now" button and complete the information to purchase the program. You may use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

Follow the instructions to confirm your email. You will be asked to select your start date. For daily driven programs, you will see the next ten days available for program start dates. Daily programs start 365 days of the year. Modular programs have specific start dates. When you click on available start dates, you will have the option to choose the next available date the program is available.

For Growth Mastery, you must be nominated and accepted before you can purchase a monthly subscription.

Option #1:
Each day, the following ten days will be listed as an option for you to register. If you want to start the program later than ten days out, return back to the site to register when you are within ten days from being ready to begin.

Option #2:
If you want to purchase a program and don't know when you want to start your program, you may purchase a Gift Code that you may use for yourself at any time. A gift code does not expire. On the registration page, look for the button that says "Gift This Program." Select the number of programs you want to purchase and enter your payment information. You may use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

After purchasing your program(s), you can view them at any time by logging into www.growth-u.com and clicking on the link "Promotions Codes" in the slide-out profile menu accessible by clicking on your name in the top right corner.

For each program purchased, you'll see a unique promotion code listed, which you may give to anyone you choose or use yourself. To use the promotion code, go to www.growth-u.com to the desired program's registration page. Under the payment section, there is a text field to enter your promotion code. The payment total will zero out as paid. Each code may only be used once.

4. Instead of clicking on "Enter Program", click the "View Registration" button to the right. That takes you to where you can change your credit card information.

We are committed to your growth and success within our programs and events. We are also committed to providing value and accountability. Therefore, our refund policy is intended to provide certain considerations.

If you have successfully completed* one of our programs or attended one of our training events and feel you didn't experience personal growth, we ask you to submit a support ticket letting us know. You will then be asked to complete a refund application form. Upon receiving your completed form, a Growth Advisor will reach out to you to discuss next steps.

*What is a successful completion of a program?

Successful completion of a program means you've accomplished two aspects required for building new habits: commitment and consistency. If the program has not started yet (before day one), and you decide you want to move your start date, log in to your profile and select the View Registration/Options button next to the Enter Program button and follow the instructions to select a future date available to you. If you have a specific circumstance or question about this, please submit a support ticket.

Support Tickets

Log on to www.growth-u.com

For General Questions:
If you have not yet registered for Growth-U, you can select "Contact Us" at the bottom of the home screen and send us an email. Someone from the Growth-U Team will respond within 24 hours of the ticket being submitted. When you receive a response to a support request, you will receive an email with the response and a direct link to take you to that support ticket.

If you are logged in, go to the top of the screen and click the "wrench icon" as a shortcut to your support ticket page.

Alternately, you may click the arrow next to your name at the top header and click the Support Ticket link in the navigation dropdown.

Follow the instructions to Create a New Support Ticket. Someone from the Growth-U Team will respond within 24 hours of the ticket being submitted.

When you're inside the program, you may also look for the Contact Your Advisor to send a message to the support team.

When you receive a response to a support request, you will receive an email with the response and a direct link to take you to that support ticket.

This function is only available for Daily Programs at this time. To set this up, enter the program and click My Program from the program navigation links. Select My Preferences. At the bottom of the pop-up screen, you will be able to enter your phone number and select the time of day before midnight to receive a reminder to complete the daily assignments.

Please note, not all phone carriers around the world allow this type of text service from the United States. If it does not seem to be working for you, that could be why.

If you tap/click to browse a drop-down will open up where you can select a new picture. A quick trick is to keep favorite images on your desktop so it's easy for you to drag into websites like this.

From Your Phone:
Click your name in the upper right corner of the home screen
Click "Edit profile"

Pictures are automatically resized so you're not uploading huge files. The 12.3KB indication on a photo is indicative of this.

If a picture shows up sideways, check the "orientation" flag in EXIF data all photos have and rotate accordingly.

Finally, please clear your cache if you are unable to load the picture.

If you continue to have trouble uploading a picture, please send in a support ticket.

The picture must be 900x900 pixels. A workaround to pulling images off the web that are too big is to drag the image to your desktop, open image and take a screenshot of the image with your cursor:

Go to www.growth-u.com. Enter your login and password. Click the "Let Me In" button to enter the platform. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and you will see a dropdown menu appear. One of the options is "My Programs". Click on that and then choose your program to enter it.

If you decide within the first six days of starting the program that you want to move your start date, log in to your profile and select the View Registration/Options button next to the Enter Program button and follow the instructions to select a future date available to you. If you are past the sixth day, do your best to complete the program within the days of your program. If you have a specific circumstance or question about this, please submit a support ticket.

If you already started a program, and you're participating in a daily driven program, you have access to the program content for 14 days after the program ends. So if you miss days, you have 14 days after your program ends to complete the days you missed.

If you're participating in a module-based program, you have 6 months after the program ends to complete your modules. Remember, your payment does not expire, so you can choose a start date that works best for your schedule.

For daily driven programs, once you start, you have 6 days from the beginning in which you can choose a new start date within the next 10 days. You can choose this option by logging in to your profile and selecting the View Registration/Options button next to the Enter Program button and follow the instructions to select a future date available to you.

If you're past the first week of starting your program and you need to choose a start date further out, please send in a support ticket and we'll be happy to help you.

Each day you enter the program, you will open up to the current day regardless of whether you have completed the previous days or entries. Complete all questions in Today's Activity, and then check the point box and hit "Save Entries".

If there are text boxes that are not optional, the points will not save until an entry is made.

If there is a drop-down selection, the points will not save until one answer is selected.

If there is a ranking scale, the points will not save until one point is selected.

Once all assignments and questions are done, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen and wait for the verification pop up notifying you that you have completed 100% of the daily assignments.

If you have not checked the point boxes for each category, you will not have completed 100% of the assignments and you will receive a warning message.

Make sure to check all point boxes and complete all questions and tasks.

Please note: You will have the option to go back to certain days and edit your answers. If you choose to do so, please save your work on the current day before leaving the page or your unsaved answers will be lost.

In the menu bar within the program, select My Program and Scoreboard. A popup screen will appear that shows all of the days you have completed and any days that you did not fully complete. You can also navigate to any day by clicking the day number from this screen.

You will receive daily reminder emails while in a daily driven program, which are part of the design of the program*. These emails can not be turned off. At the bottom of each email, there is a link to enter directly into the program.

If you have not completed your entries two hours before midnight in your selected time zone, which is automatically set to Eastern time zone until you change it, you will receive a reminder email to complete your entries. This can be changed to up to four hours prior to midnight by clicking My Program and selecting Preferences. From the menu bar, you can select the time of your reminder.

This is also where you can sign up for text message reminders for daily driven programs.

*The free "Daily Growth" program emails can be turned off in your program settings inside the program. Enter the program -> My Program -> Preferences -> Select "No" for Daily Email where it currently says Yes.

When you enter the program you will always open up to the table of contents and titles of each module. Next to each module, you will see either a lock symbol, meaning that the module is not available yet. A blue circle with three dots meeting the module is open and available, but not completed yet or a green checkmark meaning the module has been completed.

At the top of the table of contents is a welcome module. This is where this video is housed. You'll receive access to each module on Sunday at 12:01 am in your time zone as long as the previous module has been 100% completed. For approximately 60 mins you will be guided to complete activities involving thinking writing and taking action in what you're learning.

We recommend you login and review the module at the beginning of the week and watch the coaching video. Then you may complete your activities in the time frames that work best for you. With the goal being that you complete the module by Sunday in each week.

The program is designed around accountability points each module in the program you will earn points for completing all of the assignments for that particular module.

Each category has a point box to click after you've completed the activities in that category. Be sure to save your entries before you leave the screen. Your goal is to complete all of the activities in each module until you see 100% complete.

You may not skip ahead in the modules. However, you may go backward. By clicking on the table of contents in the menu bar at the top left-hand side of the screen and then select the module you wish to go back to. This is important to note for a couple of reasons. If you've missed an activity or a module, we encourage you to go back and complete what you have missed. If you want to go back and change edit or add anything that you wrote. You may also do so and receive your entries.

You may also edit your entries which are being compiled and organized and available to you in your my journal link. This is where you will find all your input organized, even after the program ends at the end of the six modules and week in this program. You will continue to have access to the entire program for six months after the program ends. After six months, you will continue to have access to your entries that have been compiled in your journal on the site forever.

No. The programs are designed around daily or weekly commitment and consistency in order to build new habits. Moving ahead does not support the process.

You will receive a weekly email in a weekly module program. You will also receive various email notifications sourced from your Team Chat thread. You can manage the receiving of the Team Chat email notifications inside the program. Click on "My Team" then "Team Chat Preferences".

In the main menu within the program, select My Program and Scoreboard. A pop-up screen will appear that shows all of the days you have completed and any days that you did not fully complete.

You earn points every time you complete an activity, click the checkbox, and save your entries.

Option 1: Our Daily Programs are designed with a 14-day grace period at the end to allow you to catch up with days you fell behind. This may be a consideration for you if you feel you can still jump back in and make the most of your program. The day you recommit to the program, complete that day's entry and go back to a day you missed and continue at the two a-day pace until you are caught back up. It's better to complete the program incrementally versus all at once.

Option 2: If you feel you are too far behind, we totally understand that life (and Deception) gets in the way and you may definitely want to start again. Your circumstances would qualify you for a $50 administrative "start again" fee*. Please send in a support ticket and we'll be happy to help you! There is great value in recommitting to the program and taking it again from the start for even further growth.

*The Start Again rate/fee applies within six months of your original purchased program start date. The Start Again fee/rate is not offered for the Weekly Module Live Advisor Programs.

Yes. However, the program is designed around commitment and consistency in order to build new habits, versus playing the catch-up game. Do the best you can to stay current.

Once you are logged into the program, at the bottom of the screen click on the drop-down selection showing the Day numbers and select the day you wish to navigate to.

Whether you have successfully completed your program or not, you may start the same program again for a $50 administrative "start again" fee*. You can find your entries by clicking on each respective day or week of a modular program. Certain entries are bookmarked by the program and are available in the My Journal Entries link in the program navigation.

Your journal will always be available to you on the site to view and print even after starting other programs.

When the program has ended, you can log in to the program as normal and you will see a list of the categories in the program. When you click on each category all your journal entries will appear with the option to print.

Navigate to the day that the video was presented by using the drop-down menu from the bottom of the screen. Alternately, navigate to the Resource Index from the menu at the top left-hand side of the screen and click Videos. All unlocked videos from the current and previous days can be found here.

For daily driven programs, if you have completed 100% of all assignments, the program will close automatically after the official end of the program.

If you have not completed 100% of assignments, the program will remain open for up to 14 days afterward to allow you to complete the program. Once all assignments are completed, the program will automatically close.

For module-based programs, regardless if you complete the program or not, the program will remain open for up to 6 months after the live 6-week team advisor experience to allow you to complete the program and review the material.

Once the program is closed, you will continue to have access to My Journal Entries. When you log in as normal, you will see a list of the categories in the program. When you click on each category all your journal entries will appear with the option to print.

Go to the upper right-hand corner of Growth-U's home page.
Click on your name and a drop-down menu will appear.
The second option down is "Edit my User Profile". Click on that. This will bring you to tabs which enable you to edit your profile.
The fourth one to the right is "Address/Phone". Click on that.
There is a green button which says "Add address". Click on that each time you wish to add an address. Here, you are able to add your original address in addition to your current by creating an address which says something like "Home (Birthplace)" with that address.

Please send us a support ticket to be removed from a program.

Technical Assistance

Your username is the email address you originally used to set up your account. Please verify the email address you used to create your www.growth-u.com

One trouble-shooting option to remember what email you used is to click the "Forgot Password?" link near the login area. You will be asked to enter your email and follow the steps to reset your password. If the email you entered is not valid, you may try another one.

If you are still unable to remember your username, please send a support ticket and we will assist you. If you are unable to access the site at any time, please send an email to team@growth-u.com and we will help you within 24 hours.

Other considerations for not receiving our emails:

You may have forgotten that you used a different or secondary email address when creating your account. Try using another email account to be sure.

It's possible you entered your email incorrectly without realizing it so you won't be able to log in. Please send us a support ticket so we can assist.

You may have an extra space at the beginning or end of your email without realizing it. Please send us a support ticket so we can assist.

Please check your junk/spam folder and spam settings.

To ensure you continue receiving our emails, please add our automated system's "From" address (team@growth-u.com) to your address book, trusted sender list, or take whatever steps necessary to prevent those sometimes overzealous SPAM or JUNK filters from intercepting the message before you can read it.

Further Clarifying Questions:
Are you receiving email notifications for your team chats, (or other programs you're in)?
Are you able to log in to Growth-U's site and get into your programs?

If you're receiving our emails in general, but not seeing the Daily Growth program emails, you may need to adjust your program settings. Login and enter the Daily Growth program -> click My Preferences link and verify that your preference is set to receiving emails as Yes.

If these steps don't work or apply to you, please send in a support ticket so we can further assist.

Click the "Forgot Password?" link near the login area. You will be asked to enter your email and follow the steps to reset your password.

If you don't receive an email with the password reset link, please check your junk/spam folder.

If you have not received the email, please verify the email address you used to create your www.growth-u.com account, which is your username.

Enter the program and click My Program from the program navigation links. Select My Preferences. At the top of the screen, you can select your current time zone to make sure you are able to complete the program in the 24 hours that match your current time zone.

Make sure to let videos load at least halfway before starting. If you continue to have issues, make sure your internet connection is strong. You also have the option of choosing a lower video quality for faster loading speed.

Please make sure you check the point box and finish all of the assignments for each section. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page and wait until it says 100% complete.

If that doesn't work, try logging in from a different browser.

If it continues, please take a screenshot and email it to team@growth-u.com so our IT team can investigate further. Until the issue is resolved, copy and paste your answers to a word document so you have them while we troubleshoot this with you.
